Albert Head

Albert Head was historically used by Indigenous peoples for fishing and resource gathering. Later, it became a military defense site due to its strategic location overlooking the Juan de Fuca Strait.

Today, part of the land remains under DND (Department of National Defence) control, while the park section is open for public exploration (Albert Head Lagoon Regional Park). This scenic coastal area is known for its diverse birdlife and stunning ocean views.
