The lake is home to over 180 kinds of birds, which makes it a favorite spot for birdwatchers. But here’s a fun twist — even though it’s called Swan Lake, swans are actually pretty rare!

A 2.5 km loop trail goes all the way around the lake, and one of the coolest parts is the floating boardwalk. It lets you walk right over the wetlands and get a closer look at the plants and animals, all without harming the habitat.
