dedicated to building an online archive of Vancouver Island residents.
Through in-depth interviews and professional photographic portraits,
the project preserves personal stories for future generations and promotes local brands,
while contributing to nurturing regional cultural values, traditions, and community identity.

Each participant is featured through professional photography (6 images) — portraits that convey individuality and their environment, with artistic treatment but editorial authenticity.

A published story shared with readers who value local stories and culture, increasing visibility among a targeted audience and helping build lasting connections across Vancouver Island.

How It Works:
Application
The process begins by completing the online application form.
Session
A visit to the participant's environment facilitates both the portrait session and the guided interview.
Editorial
Stories are crafted and portraits are edited through a professional lens.
A final draft is shared for review and approval prior to being archived.

Contribution
Participation provides the necessary support for this non-profit documentary project,
