William Simmons Memorial Community Park, often referred to as Poirier Lake Park, is a peaceful natural area located in Otter Point, just west of Sooke. The park encompasses 16.3 acres of diverse landscapes, including native and exotic tree species, and is centered around the tranquil Poirier Lake.
Poirier Lake itself is a popular spot for fishing enthusiasts. Be aware that wildlife, including bears and cougars, may be present in the area.
