This weekend’s Local Folk Fair at Sea Cider once again gathered makers, artists, and food crafters from across Vancouver Island, as it does every year.
The fair showcased an impressive range of handcrafted goods. Pottery, textiles, jewelry, natural body products, baked treats, and small-batch preserves highlighted the talent of independent Island creators. Festive décor, live music, and the cidery’s signature offerings added to the event’s cosy winter character. With its mix of holiday spirit, community energy, and regional artistry, the fair remains a standout seasonal event in Greater Victoria's winter calendar.
This year, the Local Folk Fair runs over two days — December 6 and 7 — giving visitors another opportunity to explore local craftsmanship and enjoy Sea Cider’s welcoming setting.
