Victoria, Capital RD
Nestled in the heart of Victoria’s Chinatown, Fan Tan Alley is Canada’s narrowest street and one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Once a hidden passage for gambling houses and opium dens in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it has since transformed into a vibrant pedestrian walkway lined with boutique shops, art galleries, and cafés. Fan Tan Alley is also home to the Victoria Chinatown Museum and the famous Turntable, a secondhand record store known for its rare vinyl records and music memorabilia.
