Dragon boat races will be held on Saturday, August 9, as part of the Canada Dry Victoria Dragon Boat Festival. The races begin at 8:00 a.m. in Victoria’s Inner Harbour, running from Laurel Point to Ship Point Pier. More than 30 teams are registered to compete in short-distance heats throughout the day.

The event is free and open to the public. The festival also includes food vendors, live music, and cultural programming.
