Roche Cove Regional Park is a 163-hectare nature reserve in East Sooke and Sooke, featuring lush forests, Matheson Lake, and the shores of Sooke Basin.

The 7.7-km loop trail is the park’s highlight, offering a mix of easy forest paths and moderate inclines. The route begins near Roche Cove, where visitors will find washroom facilities, an information area, and parking. The trail also connects to the Galloping Goose Trail.
